The Kingston Biscuit Peach Bake is a viral two-ingredient Australian dessert. I saw it being made on social media and decided I wanted to try it.
It is made by layering Arnott’s Kingston biscuits and canned peaches in a baking dish. And yes, I think it is a big promotion for Arnott’s Biscuits. Even so, when you layer the biscuits in a baking dish and pour a can of peaches and the juice over the biscuits, bake it, you end up with a gooey chocolate peach tasting pudding. Add some ice cream or cream and you have a sweet treat that some might think you spent a few hours making! Little do they know!
All you need is the ingredients, a baking dish, a can opener and some heat. Most bake it in an oven, but it could be made in a microwave or over a fire. And a good thing is, this is a great desert to make that doesn’t take too long so good for travelling, camping, backpacking or at home.

How to Make Kingston Biscuit Peach Bake
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Layer the biscuits in the base of a baking dish.
Add the peaches by pouring the entire tin of peaches, including the juice or syrup, directly over the biscuits.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the mixture is bubbling and the edges are slightly caramelised. If using a microwave cook for 5 minutes, check mixture, if bubbling it is ready or microwave for a few more minutes.
