Vegetarian and Vegan Travellers Fare

 

Vegetarian and vegan meals are easy to make when travelling because there are plenty of opportunities to buy local produce from stores and markets. Literally wherever you travel fruit and vegetables are grown.

A vegetarian is someone who eats meals made from vegetables but will also eat animal bi-products such as eggs, milk and cheese while a vegan will only eat the vegetables. Just to add another category, a Pescatarian is a vegetarian who will eat fish.
