- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- fresh blueberries (a dozen)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to help it rise (but don't worry, if you don't have)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in mug/cup until smooth
- Microwave for 70 seconds
- Serve with a coffee or tea
