Staying in a hostel or hotel usually means you will have access to some sort of cooking equipment. Hostels often have a full kitchen available however, you will need to share the equipment with other people. While in a hotel you may have a small kitchenette that you can cook in. Either way you will have access to limited utensils so here are some best  recipes that use minimal ingredients yet, are nutritious and tasty.
